Medicated Weight Loss
Many factors contribute to weight gain. We offer tailored GLP-1 Receptor agonists, Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, along with IV therapy and vitamin injections to help our clients with their weight loss goals.
It’s important to note that weight loss medications aren’t a cure or a “quick fix.” It’s a resource and should be used in conjunction with lifestyle and diet adjustments.
What is Semaglutide?
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist medication. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes by regulating blood sugar levels. It is also FDA-approved for weight loss. It reduces appetite, slows down the emptying of the stomach, and increases feelings of fullness. Semaglutide has been found to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, including reducing the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and other cardiovascular events.
This medication is administered once weekly subcutaneously.
What is Tirzepatide?
Similar to Semaglutide, Tirzepatide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist medication, but it acts on two receptors. People experience less symptoms along with more weight loss.
This is a great option for people that didn’t respond favorably to semaglutide.
Just like semaglutide, this drug is administered once weekly subcutaneously.
We are proud to partner with a FDA approved 503A and 503B Outsourcing Facility:

Nausea
Constipation
Bloating, burping or gas
Pain at the injection site
Dehydration
Diarrhea
Vomiting
Fatigue
To help minimize side effects, we encourage the following:
Increase your water intake
Increase fiber and leafy greens
Avoid greasy fried foods
Limit alcohol intake
Limit caffeine (1 cup of coffee a day)
Workout 2-3 times a week
Some tips to remember:
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide work by slowing the emptying of the stomach, decrease appetite and increase feelings of fullness. Because of this, hydration is critical. Things like alcohol, multiple cups of coffee and fried foods can cause dehydration and worsen symptoms.
It’s common to feel slight nausea at the the time of injection. For this reason we start our clients at a low dose and gradually increase as tolerated. We also have anti-nausea medication that can aid with this symptom if needed.
Be patient, it can take a few weeks to notice weight loss, and it will be gradual.
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide helps you with weight loss, but can also affect muscle loss. For optimal results, we recommend working out 2-3 times a week to maintain your muscle tone and strength.
Not many have fatigue, but we offer 20% off Vitamin B injections to help you with your energy.
If you experience any side effects listed above or have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to the clinic. We’re here to help!

Medicated weight loss is not a cure-all solution for achieving weight loss goals. Instead, it is a useful resource that should be utilized alongside other effective modalities to help individuals reach their desired weight.
Certain individuals who may benefit from medicated weight loss treatments include those with a BMI greater than 27, as well as those who have at least one medical condition related to their weight, such as hypertension, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, and others.
It is also important for candidates to demonstrate a commitment to making lifestyle changes, including regular exercise and maintaining a healthy balanced diet in order to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment.

No medication works for everyone when it comes to health. GLP-1 Agonists are popular for their health benefits, but they aren't for everyone. For example, people with gastroparesis should not use this medication, as it could worsen their condition.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also avoid this medication because they haven't been studied enough, and their safety for mothers and babies is unclear.
Additionally, those with a history of pancreatitis or gallbladder problems need careful monitoring if they take these drugs, as their health issues could cause complications.
Finally, individuals with Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 or allergies to Semaglutide or Tirzepatide should avoid this treatment.
